Shipping & Returns


All orders ship typically within 24 - 48 hours of purchase. For orders within the US under 15 ounces, the order will ship USPS First Class Mail. All other orders within the US (including all bows) will ship either USPS Priority Mail or UPS, depending on the weight and size of the order. Most take down bows will ship USPS Priority Mail, and most one piece bows/compound bows/crossbows will ship UPS. All orders will include a tracking number, which will be emailed typically within 24 - 48 hours after purchase. If you would like to place an International Order from outside the US, please contact us first for a shipping quote. All international orders will ship either USPS First Class International or USPS Priority Mail International. Shipping time will vary from country to country. All international customers are responsible for paying all customs and duties on all international orders.

Return and Refund Policy:

Old World Archery offers a 14 day money back guarantee on all purchases. Items may be returned for any reason within this window. Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery, in their original condition, with all accessories and paper work included. If you would like to return an item, you must contact us first either through ebay, email, or by phone so that we can authorize and set up a return for you. Most returns will require a return authorization number. With regards to general returns, the customer is always responsible for return shipping costs. Tracking must be included with all returns. Any items that are damaged or show signs of excessive wear may be refused. All crossbows must be returned in their original, unused condition with the original packaging and original tags, in resalable condition (applies to return or exchange).

Restocking Fees:

Old World Archery currently charges a restocking fee on all Recurve, Longbow, Compound Bow, and Crossbow returns only. The restocking fee charged will be no more than 15% off the original purchase price, and will be deducted from the customers return. Restocking fees do not apply to any items that arrived damaged or need to be replaced, or any situation where the item needs to be returned to no fault of the customer.

If you have a problem with your order:

At Old World Archery, we strive to always deliver the best possible service to our customers, and always take the extra effort to insure that all of our customers have the best possible experience when doing business with us. However, mistakes do happen. In the event that:

  • You receive the wrong item

  • An item is damaged upon arrival
,We ask you you please contact us within 3 business days, and we will get a return/replacement set up as soon as you let us know. In both cases where a customer receives the wrong item, or an item is damaged upon arrival, Old World Archery will pay return shipping costs.
